2 skinless chicken fillets
2 rounded tablespoons marinade
Pack of Bare Naked Noodles
4 tablespoons sweetcorn
4 large chestnut mushrooms
4 spring onions cut on the slant
4 tablespoons soy sauce
2 sliced red chillies
Place contents of miso packet mix (3 sachets) into a large measuring jug & pour over boiling water to the 900ml mark then pour into a pan, add the marinade & the whole chicken fillets, bring to the boil then partly cover to let out some of the steam, reduce the heat & simmer for 20 minutes until the chicken is tender (I used foil to partly cover the pan).
Remove the chicken to a board & shred into bite sized pieces using two forks then return to the stock with the noodles, sweetcorn, thinly sliced mushrooms, spring onions & soy sauce.
Simmer for 5 minutes & garnish with sliced red chillies ... amazing & has a really good strength of heat!
