This is a super simple but hugely effective vegetarian version on my classic recipe - Karen's Spicy Rice. Perfect when you're in a hurry or as an accompaniment.
Cooked Boiled Rice
Handful of Frozen Peas
One Tablespoon Marinade
Dash of Water (if needed)
First, chop and saute the mushrroms and spring onions in a frying pan. Then add the boiled rice and stir-in.
Add a handful of frozen peas and one tablespoon of Karen's Spicy Marinade.
Stir well and heat through. Ta daa! For a spicier rice, add a little more marinade!
