500g minced beef
Small pack of mushrooms halved
Tin of chopped tomatoes
3 tablespoons of marinade
3 heaped tablepoons tomato purée
2 carrots thinly sliced
2 large potatoes cut small
Handful of frozen garden peas
Place everything into your slow cooker on the high setting for 6 hours, stirring occasionally & that’s it!
Delicious with crusty bread & butter.
You can adapt this in so many ways ... use up any vegetables, change or leave out the meat, experiment!
