  • 1 onion chopped

  • 1 large skin-on potato, cut into small chunks

  • 2 tins of good quality chopped tomatoes

  • 1 tin of butter beans

  • 1 tin of rosecoco beans

  • 1 tin of white kidney beans

  • A handful of frozen peas
