This great tasting marinade won a gold star in the Great Taste Awards in 2017, with one of Karen's recipes, Spicy Chicken & Mushroom Pie receiving two Gold Stars. In 2018, Karen's Spicy Marinade was once again awarded a Gold Star, with the No Added Sugar variety receiving two Gold Stars!
Karen’s Spicy Chicken Pieces also won Regional Finalist for The North West in 2009 on ITV1’s television programme Britain’s Best Dish where one of the judges, John Burton-Race described the chicken as reminding him of his time in India.

RRP at £4.75 per pot (just over 47p per serving if using for chicken fillets), each coats (as a guide):
10 skinless chicken fillets
30 salmon fillets
15 skinless drum/thigh
60 king prawns
20 Quorn fillets
Vegetables (cauliflower steaks, sweet potato wedges etc)
The marinade has a three month shelf life (keep refrigerated) & once opened use within 7 days (minimum time laboratory tested for). Mild & No Added Sugar varieties are also available and I'm working on a dairy-free/vegan option too.
