These always go down a treat any time of the day or night, you will need:
Pack chicken wings (approx 10)
2 tablespoons marinade
Some cherry tomatoes halved
Freshly chopped coriander
Handful of mixed salad leaves
Karen’s spicy dip
Pre-heat your oven to 220 degrees & place wings into a small roasting dish, add the marinade & mix well until all are coated, add the tomatoes & coriander & cook for 20 to 25 minutes until lightly charred & thoroughly cooked.
Place on a bed of mixed salad leaves & drizzle with Karen’s Spicy Dip (one teaspoon of marinade to three teaspoons of mayo) and the remaining juices from the chicken ... devour!
