  • One tin of chickpeas

  • Tablespoon olive oil

  • Tablespoon tahini

  • One heaped teaspoon marinade

  • Juice of a large lemon

  • Salt & pepper

 

Drain the chickpeas (saving some of the juice) & put into a food processor, add all of the ingredients above & blend until smooth. Taste & add more of the above ingredients to your desired taste. If you would like a smoother consistency add a little of the drained juice.
