This dip is absolutely delicious, as is our brand new Karen’s Spicy Garlic Bread & this really does show you how versatile our marinades really are!
For the garlic bread I used Morrisons own flatbread.
Preheat oven to 200 degrees & spread one tablespoon of marinade on top of the garlic bread as shown below, then sprinkle a little grated mature cheddar & chopped parsley on top (see bottom right picture) & bake for 10 to 12 minutes.
For the dip which really is amazing I used two teaspoons of marinade to 6 teaspoons of mayonnaise & that’s it! You could use creme fraiche or quark or any of your chosen substitute to make vegan too ... experiment! I promise you won't be disappointed!
