So here is the delicious soup you can make with the stock left over from my glazed gammon joint recipe.
I love this because there is absolutely zero waste and it is so very easy to make too.
Gammon joint stock
2 tablespoons quark
2 tablespoons tomato purée
Dash of single cream (optional)
Fresh coriander (optional)
Add the quark & purée to the hot gammon stock and blend until smooth with a blender (alternatively, use a potato masher to smooth out the carrots).
Add a dash of cream if desired and garnish with coriander. Absolutely delicious
Makes approximately 10 servings.
